Your account is your personal login to CredPass - separate from your centre's settings. Here you manage how you sign in, your password, and how CredPass contacts you. Centre details like the profile, required documents and billing live in Centre Settings.

Your centre's profile, compliance requirements and plan are managed in Centre Settings, not your personal account.
Questions
How do I change my password?
From your account menu choose Account, then Password, and follow the prompts. You will need your current password.
Who can see the centre's data?
Directors see the compliance information relevant to the centre. Educators own their own passport - see Security & privacy for the full picture.
